Refund & Return Policy

At Paintiva, we strive to deliver high-quality products including Magnetic Paints, Magnetic Putty, Blackboard Chalk Paint, Greenboard Paint, and Multi-Color Chalk Paints. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict refund and return policy as outlined below:

1. Order Confirmation
    a. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS with order details.
    b. Customers are requested to verify all details carefully.
    c. Once confirmed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

2. Order Processing & Shipping
    a. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
    b. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location (India & International orders).

3. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of paint and chemical-based products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
   a. Opened products
   c. Used products
   c. Change of mind
   d. Incorrect application or dissatisfaction with results

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We only accept replacement requests if:
   a. The product is damaged during delivery, OR
   b. You received the wrong item

To request a replacement:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery Provide:
   a. Order ID
   b. Clear photos/videos of the product
   c. Unboxing video (mandatory) showing the issue

Without proper proof (especially unboxing video), the request may not be accepted.

5. Exchange Policy
   a. Eligible cases (damage/wrong product) will be processed as replacement only (no refunds).
   b. Exchanges are available for:
        Domestic (India) orders only
   c. For international orders, replacements/refunds are not applicable due to high logistics costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
   a. Opened paint containers
   b. Used or partially used products
   c. Custom or bulk orders
   d. Products damaged due to improper handling or storage

7. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
   a. In rare approved cases (only at Paintiva’s discretion), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
