Description
Paintiva Magnetic Paint / Primer is specially designed to transform regular surfaces such as drywall, masonry, and plaster into a magnetic receptive surface. The paint is enriched with fine iron particles that enable magnets to stick effectively.
Before application, measure and mark the desired area using masking tape to achieve a neat and clean finish. Apply the paint evenly using a brush or roller, ensuring a minimum of 3 coats for optimal performance.
Once the surface is dry, test the magnetic holding strength. If the magnets do not hold firmly, additional coats can be applied to enhance the magnetic effect.
After 4 – 6 hours of application, the surface can be finished with a thin layer of emulsion paint, chalkboard paint, or wallpaper as per your preference, while still maintaining its magnetic properties.
