   a. All Paintiva products, including Magnetic Paints, Magnetic Putty, Blackboard Chalk Paint, Greenboard Paint, and Multi-Color Chalk Paints, undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
   b. Products are packed using secure, leak-proof, and protective packaging materials (including bubble wrap and sealed containers) to prevent damage during transit. 

2. Order Processing
   a. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment.
   b. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Partners
Domestic (India) orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as:

   b. Blue Dart
   c.Delhivery
   d.Ecom Express
International orders are shipped via reliable global carriers such as:
   a. DHL
   b. FedEx

4. Delivery Timelines
   a. Domestic Orders (India): Typically delivered within 2–7 business days
   b. International Orders: Typically delivered within 5–12 business days

   d. Customs clearance (for international orders)

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and location.

International Orders:
   b. Shipping cost may be included in the product price or calculated at checkout.
   c. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International customers are responsible for:
